The problem with saving. (F1 2016)

The problem is this: installed, everything works fine, but then the game crashed and auto-save it gives:"Error saving. Try again. Retry changes nothing. Tried to reinstall - save all were to happen all the same. Then downloaded the game again, installed and still the same problem. What can you suggest?
