E3 1220 Ali vs i3 2120 with avito

The range has a xeon e3 1220 for 4.100 rubles and i3 2120 with Craigslist for 3000 RUB Motherboard is not for overclocking. Is it worth to pay 1000 rubles per turboboost and 2 cores?

Found i5 2320 3ghz for 4700. It would be better to take i5 2320 ghz or xeon e3 1220?
