CPU usage 100% (FIFA 16)

Bought the game months played at top speed without any lags. And so began the problem with the game during the match is loaded the processor on 100 % and there is the effect of the slowmo until you press pause and hold it for 10 seconds. Tried different driver set, did a clean boot, reinstalled Windows, nothing helped. The iron in the comp : geforce gtx750 ti, amd fx 4300, 3.8 ghz (4 cores), 8 GB of RAM. Does anyone know what's the problem? Why out of the blue the game loads percents on 100? (other games are fine)
