Similar situation, frieze when set to true, the full HD and i5 - 4460 ( in other games no problems ). Resigned. Somewhere, once heard that the problem is 1060 ( in the GTA ), but it's not likely and not for sure.
Completely move the paging file. Friezes disappear, but the game may crash with an error about insufficient memory.
