Can. In 5 minutes figured out. Go to the Documents, find the folder of the Syrian Warfare, and in it the gameoptions.xml. There are two places to change the current resolution to the desired. There's only one problem whose solution is not found. Personally, I have resolution of 4096 x 2160 mini-map a little. But the picture is great.
