Without further ADO...the Average PC produces this result at high and maximum settings. Everything is default as set by the game.

I get this when turning (sometimes), the picture twitches for just a second. These friezes? That high that ultra. There is a bug the developers, or some setting the brain does. If set, it is necessary at random to be deleted.

In General, the problem was solved by raising the priority to high. Friezes stupidly LOST. And it means exactly the processor is rather weak.
Even helped disable trace shadows (which are supported only with new graphics cards). There are 2 points.
else:
-swap file - no effect
-HH 11 HH 12 did not see the difference
-exclusive screen too
Still huge respect to those who advised me to disable anti-aliasing. Missing SOAP, the Picture has become clearer, more colorful, and most importantly, FPS was even higher!

Confirmed , raising the priority helped. But it's not a percent weak, as I am after raising the priority to high , started playing ultra.
