The game is not complicated. If you play with the budget more than 10 billion, then you can safely take two parties of colonists, and then just routine. Difficult the first time to play with a small budget. So if you have not watched the videos on YouTube, then most likely you are out of the necessary resources, before the colonists arrive. But with vtrogo and the third times, even for Russia all the way through. Just like in Palmeras, there is also the first time the colonists were dead. :)

at what point to change the number in the rocket?
after landing? before sending?
because I have the number of finds. but once everything is frozen when planting and all. since then ceases to change them!
