No product stores character on a private server (ARK: Survival Evolved)

Good day! Set up your server and set up, played for a few hours. The next day I went again, the server asks to create a new character and so every time after relog. While the world remains normal in the world find your old character with the same nickname (alive), lack of access to previously created structures.
