just cause 3 help

uchetku tied to square enix and all that in the beginning,then ,the game LOST CONNECTION to SQUARE ENIX ,and then after 15 minutes as always,click to offline mode,but then when I go to the map,the game attempts to reconnect to the server,joined,and again after 15 minutes the same error,what to do?
