Does not start (Forza Horizon 3)

Bought in the Microsoft Store the standard edition, click on the button to play on the computer, and nothing happens the game is not downloaded and does not start what to do?

wine stor deleted? why?
there synchronise with wine stor and hbok live uchetku if not, that's all.
