Personalization transport (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

Went all military pass, issued 1 camo on each transport, but a recent update added the new Camos for vehicles, and armored personnel carriers and infantry fighting vehicles, but they are closed someone tell me how to open them, as no description of what to do that they become available.
