Question on editor save. (Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel)

In the location of lunar plant start-up there in-game achievement Watch out. It is blocked by the developers because it was zabagovan. And now it is simply impossible to obtain. At least legally. The question is does anybody know is it possible with the editor saves to open these in-game achievements? Are a perfectionist and want all the achievements were obtained.
