Configuring Advanced Genie Editor (Age of Empires 2 HD)

Hello! Long time ago I use Advanced Genie Editor. Still not decided the question: is it possible to configure units and buildings for the player? That is what I have modified, use, and enemies. Example: I'll make the speed of the RAM such that it in second crosses the map. The same speed RAM will be the enemy. Another question: is it possible to make the RAM fly is it just me? The speed of RAM is only an EXAMPLE!
