Xin Shan on the emulator (Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars)

Want to get Chinatown Wars (PPSSPP emulator), but I heard that now the mission Xin Shan did not get. Is there already a CSO with downloaded missions Xin Shan, or only on the Android (where there is 5 missions for Melanie).
