B450 Aorus Elite kernel power 41(63)

In games PC tightly hangs with sound from headphone trrrrrrr does not respond to anything even NumLock on the keyboard does not turn off.

DIMM4: Crucial CT8G4DFS8266.M8FD 8GB one strap (acceleration up to 3000 in the effluent 2666 timings stock, just raised a little more frequency and didn't touch anything)
120 Kingston SSD(for Windows)
500GB seagate 7200 rpm (on this game)
1080 msi (stock)
power supply Corsair VS650 (650 W)
Mat Board, RAM and processor of store-bought 11.04.2020 ie brand new
The PSU was bought in late January at the shop, respectively, too new
Drives from the old PC which also sucked(just below it)
Overheating is not present anywhere, percent none 46 56 46 BPM etc normal
Games which was a departure: DOOM 2016, Borderlands 3 (both steam)
P. S was Previously a PC

ddr3 1333
drives BP and none were there and had the same sticking
Now the PC with another PSU and another graphics card, and there are cases exactly the same problem
