Mules someone throws! (Diablo 2)

Created 7 mules to swing the characters. All was well and experience grew quickly,suddenly started getting messages dropout mule due to timeout! Che out?! I go to the mule,and there is a black screen and NPDES konnekshn interrupted! And then began to throw all gradually!! I did not panic and began to walk them every eight minutes,but it did not help!!! Again began to appear reports of drops mules! And exactly when I poured a bunch of uniques and I couldn't manage them!!! It's a shame! The cable I have is good for 7 years, serves faithfully,is not buggy, does not lag... so,someone intentionally throws my mules!
More than an hour is not okay to play from dropouts my mules...
Forgot to say,I'm a basic play on a laptop with wireless, and the mules on the old good proverena the computer. I ran the window,and the mouse sometimes it clicked,but still the mule will kick,even if I went a minute ago...
