Bug can't start NFSMW (Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005))

I have a problem very strange,I can't go to the garage for the first time when you buying a car you have to go to the garage,food come stop by and throws in a selection of profile can anyone help?

Tip, always do a backup of the replaced files to be able to revert if anything. Well, again I say put a lot of mods, then had to copy the original Global folder or whatever you replace, or just the whole folder with clean game.
