Lost all sounds and completely denies control of the truck (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

the last couple of weeks about 1 time a day or two the following happens sorry crap.

suddenly lost all sound and completely denies control of the truck.(controlled with keyboard)
nothing hangs and the truck continues to go where eyes.
this can be treated by lowering the game using a combination of the three buttons in the tray,and the subsequent uplift.
of the mods I use exclusively packs Jazzycat,map RusMap and little things such as additional traffic lights,small mirrors and so on.
