Russian language (SCUM)

Tried it as written in the official thread. Go to steam library > SCUM > Properties > Language, and choose Russian.
Only it's all nichrome not change. Is not present in Russian and it seems that will not appear in the near future.It's a shame. Considering how many parameters you should monitor, it is vital. I like English well, but the game still got me=)))

I found the solution to your problem. Remove steam, reboot computer, re-install Steam, verify the integrity of game files. Everything should safrinet

This game will run on average through 5-10 min. it run on low 5-10 min crashes. Downloaded the Mem Reduct, but also does not help.
