Not preserved the gameplay of the characters. (The Sims 4)

Hello. I can't find the answer to the question. What can be the problem that the gameplay characters are sometimes set to zero?
Create a character, play a while and going out, JUST keep the gameplay. The next day, opening the game, everything remains the same. After a few days (a week), just coming into the game, the whole gameplay is zeroed. The characters remain in the gallery! (But not settled, at least). Tried reinstalling the Sims 4 - did not help. Maintained separately from the Electronic arts folder Tray and saves. Coming into the game, save from the desktop threw in the folder, seemed to work. Now again I go into the game and the whole process is reset to zero. Then moved the save in folder and nothing helps. The Persians also remain in the gallery, but the game with them not even started. What can be connected?
IMPORTANT: the video Card is not on your PC! The game flies on the processors.
Ask about additional materials, because I don't even know what to indicate in addition.
