Shadows (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

Good day! Please tell me is there any way or settings (except anti-aliasing and increase resolution above 100%) to remove such nasty stuff with the shadows? Adjust the quality of shadows does not affect this. Sanity is only with maximum smoothing.
