Infinite loading, help (Last Man Standing)

Go into any mode, it starts to download and 100% hangs. Written Loading In-Game UI. Firewall disabled to install and during launch. Anti also, the game was added to exceptions. The wood of the latter. What are they doing, who knows?

Installed from steam, it was all cool. Some time ago from steam the game and it was gone and I downloaded the launcher from off-site, that's where the problems started.
