Why such complexity ? You can put a bunch of mods and just disable them before passing certain stages of the plot . In the case of Mirac ( when it is out of the puddle comes out ), it is necessary before beginning the quest to disable all mods on dragon - type Dragon Combat Overhaul and the plot will be without bugs .
