offer a tournament on HC LVL 30 (Diablo 2)

Here's a good rule, under the HC only to be edited:
Tournament rules:

the battle is fought on normal, blood moor;

- it is forbidden to use the house as cover.
- it is forbidden to pick up mana potions and arrows.

- cast magics that increase performance, shall be made only with things on the character during the entire battle.
- it is forbidden to use the charges with things, except for the teleport;
- allowed to change things between rounds;

- it is prohibited to use items with slow target, knowback and amplify damage;
- prohibited the use of Slow Missles skills, Prayer, Holy Freeze, Holy Bolt, Clay Golem, Iron Maiden, Decrepify, Bone Prison;
- it is impossible to perekashivaet Bone armor, Cyclone armor;
- cannot use Mana Potions if you use the skill Energy Shield (mana or allow, but to deny Insight).

- the barbarian, the druid and the necromancer are allowed to wear Infernostride against Fire Sarki

- in case of death of both duelists, the round is restarted, the overall score does not change

It's hardcore, and the tournament needs to be hardcore: no rules. Session N minutes. Survivors session goes into the next stage, if two survivors - both migrated to the bottom of the list for a rematch. If both two people dead - their deeds & valor will be remembered: both are eliminated from the grid.

I offered to make the fight for survival, every man for himself, but nobody was interested:)

The most difficult thing there must be a draw, start kokoko and Pis-Pis-Pis. The participants are and will be several. man fell, not wanting to play against a stronger opponent or more experienced. Other options will not, because HC does not provide a grid Loser's.

4 Members = 1 Survivor(2win) + 1 Finalist(1win) + 2 Losers(0win)
8 Members = 1 Survivor(3win) + 1 Finalist(2win) + 2 Demifinalist(1win) + 4 Losers(0win)

It then don't pvp in HC, then нен90 LVL in order to protect Persian, have to fear something to lose and that something armor, then what's the point of this pvp??? And how can 2 places??? There should be only one. This is the only correct rule in this pvp.

And by the way, bottles with mana and HP should also be allowed, but not Fulci.
