Trimmed ENB: only Dynamic DOF, Motion Blur, Antialiasing and SSAO (Grand Theft Auto 4)

All kind time of day! Interested in this question: is it possible to create ENB, which does not affect the graphics in terms of lighting, shadows and reflections etc., but would include auto focus, motion blur, antialiasing and SSAO?
The fact that I like the original look of the game with no visual improvement, but would like to embellish it slightly.
Guys who are expert in graphics modifications, please explain how to do it. I would be very grateful!

P. S. Preferably with the possibility to change the intensity of depth of field, and SSAO quality, motion blur.
