Not the same skills (StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void)

Play the epilogue, I noticed that the possibility of the Spear of Adun were the ones I chose in the main part of the game. Similarly, Serling Kerrigan in the mission where we shared with her something was destroyed other than I chose her.
