I5 3570k vs i7 4770

Please tell me whether it makes sense to change i5(4.2)on the I7? Will profit in conjunction with a gtx 1070 for gaming?

With this bundle, you will have mother to change. Make sense? If so hunting multithreading, already put the i7-3770. Has grown to be, but not great.
