The term of the license expired (The Sims 2)

Hello. Long ago I gave the game code, and wrote like forever. So today have downloaded, run and it gives me this:




That really took the game? Or what can I do? In the library listed. Also wrote in support and called them but besides any manipulation except to restart the computer, disable antivirus and reinstall did not help.

I also took free The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection on Origin. Play. This morning I read your message, run the game, no error occurred.
