Equipment dealers (Fallout 4)

Hi all, asking for help in such a delicate problem: how to change the gear from merchants in your village? Some wanted to dress up, throw tables, and instead of sharing, they offer trade. We chased them with trading posts, but they still sell. A trifle, but nice.
No one knows what to do? Maybe some console command?

No, she wasn't. Even when traders are sleeping — still trading. Climb out of bed, and say the same thing, and start trading.
UPD: take it, it works but not with all the merchants on Ron barman it's not working.

On unique merchants 4 level it's not supposed to work. They are the same as itinerant traders.

at night they become regular settlers, and they can dress up. This is especially true of physicians/doctors

You can change all day but the doctor - his only night. In the dialogue they have 2 of the exchange option. Arrow down - actually trade, left - regular exchange with the settlers. Cheats = console = killing the vibe of the game.
