Well, it may be that the location of the drawing that you opened, but the drawing is in a hidden shelter that you first have to open (there's usually a survivor). Or a bug... Personally, I have what was on the map it was in. Look better, run can as I say. Put another mark right on the drawing and go straight to the label.
