Cloaks, capes (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I saw the concept art. For them, Geralt is depicted in the coat, and in the game there are objects such as suspicious types who walk in cloaks. So here's the question: is it possible to return the cloaks to the game, so they can be worn? I think it's it's great to look at Geralt. Plus in the books he always wore a cloak in the road for example.

I doubt that they have been there at all, because the technology of the fabric is very hard to implement.

Cloaks in the game will appear with mods. On the nexus there are a couple of mods for cloaks, hoods, etc.
