Can't start the Overhaul (The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind)

Also recently suffered several times re-installed. It text.dll does not see that the view distance is not increased, still dunno why not start. Then I found a ready-made Assembly Morrowind Overhaul, and it worked.
In General, look in the Internet way because in the manual to put it all crazy.
