Freezes the game (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Please help who can!!! I have this problem that when I play ETS 2, I have started playing this game, at 30-40 seconds though before such was not in what could be the cause of how to fix this? In the cartoon there are unpleasant moments because of this)))
