Dazzling bright sun. (Fallout 4)

The problem is this-the sun in the game suddenly became unbearably bright,like the flash of an atomic explosion.
Then suddenly-the dog knows.The last thing I installed-patch Fallout 4 Update 1.9.4.0.1 ,and before him-F4SE,but I think it has nothing to do with it.
I have looked through the forum to the incentive,YouTube and Google anything efficient did not find.

I'd love to,but the Gazebo didn't leave this opportunity.In the game there is no settings for brightness and gamma.
