Help with graphics!.. (Satellite Reign)

The game has a graphic effect, a filter of some sort, because it hurt your eyes, and to turn off... every time I got on one effect, the other managed zaskrinit without this effect (when you exit the menu via esc,the effect is applied within 1 sec and thus had time to make a screenshot). It's some kind of filter help to turn it off!..
