Error when changing locations (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

HELO people, then drew a poser
I have installed about 100 mods for the game and the problem is that I can't not go from one building(starts infinite loading)
and in task Manager the process ' memory (Skyrim) begins to exceed more than 1 KB (and the default 400-700)
so - if anyone has a program to identify problems - incompatible mods and etc (well anything that can facilitate my life) please post here
