Modification of weapons (Mass Effect: Andromeda)

Actually after the patch to 1.09 from the basic set and enhanced set of ceased to fall on the weapon mods. I just unlucky or are they really now only for the currency apex? This refers to the new fashion with the cons.

Also put 1.9 on sohranenki 1.5 (4th planet) - there is a very strange school. Rifle Relics Spit fifth level with installed on her Electric live streaming beam (something like this) - now thrashes to full overheating. To pause while shooting - have to glide in any direction. Previously, this was not clearly shot for 3 shots of the same electricity.
Anyone have any more stocks ?
