Missing texture open-world((!!! (Fallout 4)

Decided to play the game again but with all the additions. Pirates downloaded a Repack from nemos-and. Game time was 3 days. And horror of horrors, a black screen, and the locations of the open world without all the rules and the transition to the outdoor no che to be seen.

Somewhere I found a topic with the same problem but the solution in this way( via vans) did not help. Re-installed the game with another repak helped. Why I do not understand. If there is a solution please...

Start a new game , there's just an open world or are there too dark ?

but later save are rolled back too dark, and the new odd is not an option(

So the saves are broken or the arc of the game was the fashion textures that are now available .

My computer -->Sistem(C) --> Users --> User --> AppData --> Local --> Fallout 4. file plagins.txt - remove all mods(removing pre-check in the properties to read only).

there is no such file there is only DLCList
