Should I buy a laptop?

Hello, good people. In the next week or two going to buy a laptop, you need to study and of course for games. Earlier cases the laptops had been only a PC, so the laptop is not particularly rummage. Advise, whether to take such a miracle:
Installed Core i5 CPU, video(I did not understand, the video card is not a video chip or something like that), called intel HD graphics 620, AMD Radeon R5 M430, well and different buns.
The question is: what games can I play on this laptop, and what approx fps. Although playing more Dota 2 and CS:GO, but also do not mind playing games like Rust, BF3.

In my experience it's not worth to take such a laptop. The combination of Intel and AMD will bring, especially in laptops.

Laptop budget for games is generally not suitable due to very poor cooling system. Games take something used.y, but with good cooling. Friend bought in the US workstation (professional laptop-top) inexpensive.
