The Xbox One d-pad is activated twice

Maybe someone had a similar problem. When you press on the d-pad (in my case down) the touch sometimes (not always) is triggered twice. Especially annoying when selecting fighters in any MK X.

The controller is dismantled, wiped, purged, nothing has changed. :(
Physically everything looks perfect.
