Can't speak to Ada. (Fallout 4)

In short, I have not listened to the radio and just ran past
on the Affairs.Of course got into a fight but then allowed the raiders
and another superduty.In short it was a big massacre.
When all killed, I went to robot Hell to talk but she just
stomps around and mutters something but to chat with her, I can't.

Most likely a bug because super mutants and raiders. Try to load save before that fight and after some time again go to help Hell (not at once, and then again run across ghouls)
