How to solve the problem with the mod? (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I wanted to put the mod Single Player Apartment Community which requires Script Hook V .NET. Have become instructions . Start applications .While downloading single, writes the termination of the gta. remove the two file Community Script Hook V .NET.All the rules start.What could be the problem? .Just some mods require those files.and no they do not plow .Can anyone come across .how to fix ? GTA license .
