Lost the light on the night (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I noticed one nonsense: the night light from the headlamps of cars (not just mine, all urban) periodically disappears, then appears again and so on... I Have only a few scripts, which stood always, it trainer, open all interiors and an engineer (to train to manage), no more mods. I just for fashion open all interiors are having such problems, but interestingly, not once. Had to endure mod. After the demolition all became norms
