Not hacked locks (Thief: Deadly Shadows)

When you try to pick the lock (I in a training mission) Garrett just hangs for a couple seconds and nothing happens. On other forums looked at nastrojkah card to enable vertical sync. I kind of did everything right, but didn't help
With locks the problem was solved, but there was a ladder (the player will not go through it)

Link biocide. In General, site rutrekere there is a Repack where you installed the patch and all problems solved)
