Mod that changes the leveling system (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Is there any mod that replaces the leveling system? Make it like in Gothic or Risen game. Ie to get experience for kills and for quests completed, and then would level and would spend the points learning. And that infuriates the standard system. Pump yourself shooting and one-handed to 100 and everything on the level is not growing, and every time you reset a skill is stupid, again to become Loch, and the enemies that become stronger.
