Custom faction - count x/8 (Endless Space 2)

If anyone has found how to get around the restriction, please write a review.

To break the Count you need to log in Registry.xml using Notepad++
Find
FactionTraitsMaxCount>8 and substitute 8 for any value.
Registry that in the public folder and not in the first folder where you start the game.
