Technically it is possible,but to do that the server that this is unlikely to be.

Download fix or Repack from Mechanics, there's a MP-Fix (by REVOLT) to play on the Internet. The rutor is an anthology sniper from mechanics, can only download the 4th part. ;) Or shake with Slippers.no

And the co worker there too? About that online you can play at I know I would be this cooperative to another campaign to pass.

Unfortunately I do not know. You know what was done to fix the game on the network, but as there is a cooperative game, I don't know. I just assumed that if you have the opportunity to play online, cooperative mode should work. Maybe you should look through the comments under the hands of fix or game with the help of the fix?
