Failed to initialize renderer (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

You know, a lot of those but here is the question, the game itself runs fine, but using ModOrganizer error, is there a way to fix it without reinstalling the mods weighing in at 40 GB. ? Error is not in the mod, the house had a power outage and after you start the computer it gives an error.
Steam version through the launcher the game runs through skse too, but for the life of me
