Does not work mouse/keyboard (Resident Evil 7)

The game does not work neither the mouse nor the keyboard until the menu comes and everything(from the first run everything worked before he left the game) , the gamepad everything is fine, can not understand how to fix it?
UPD. it worked (during startup do not need to press)
