Error"Disconected:Timed Out\" (Rust)

Time out is a network problem,the gap of the network.See the solution in the ping server,in the network equipment in your PC. No relation to the game files this error does not have(cache is not necessary to check), just there is a gap in the exchanges network packets from your PC. Literally timed out time's up(eng.)found in 99% of multiplayer matches ,not only in rust,so if you appear in another game look for the solution to change servers because of ping,cable test,wifi,networking equipment, etc.
